Cant use as a wake up alarm

I used it to wake me up for work and that was a mistake. When the alarm sounds, it seems to sound about 2 or 3 times then stops sounding and just keeps showing a message. The alarm should sound until YOU turn it off or hit snooze. Needless to say I was late to work. I like everything else it can do. The sleep sounds are a nice touch. The rain sound does loop but it has a silent part in the loop which can be distracting if you are going to sleep to it. It would also be nice if it told you WHEN your next alarm was to sound instead of just showing the alarm symbol.
