Very fun, customizable, easy to use, and very useful.

Some of the features (weather, headlines, customization) are really good, but the iTunes music feature needs refinement and flexibility. Needs several deep updates/upgrades to really be hot, hot, hot. Wait til the bugs are fixed before believing reviews.

Update...5 stars to 1...Its a trap. It worked great a couple of times BUT the other reviews are correct. This alarm clock acts crazy. It wont turn off, if you hit snooze the screen goes out and gentle iPod music is replaced by loud default abrupt awakening. The clock is on all night iPod works once then snooze then obnoxious beats! Please update. Alarm rebel is a good alarm clock! I like the news and weather and having 30 or so different sounds. Its also a sleep sound maker. Plus it has a shake to turn on flashlight feature. Good job thank you.

This app would be better if it had a setting to make the numbers brighter than the background or darker

This app worked for maybe a day and started crashing. This is a complete waste of money and no matter how many times in the last 6 months I have reported the problem they fail to fix the issue. Night stand alarm is so much better! Still crashes every time I touch iPod music for the alarm.

Best alarm app ever - period.

I bought this app interested in using the ipod function for alarm. Expecting it to be great. I chose a couple songs and set the alarm, left the application running, phone plugged into the charger. The phone was asleep. In the morning a sound that was NOT the songs I chose rang. I tried several more times with no success, the same obnoxious sound - which i did not choose. Yesterday, i decided to give it another try. I ran several experiments with the alarm. Setting it to go off minutes later with the ipod songs I chose. I did it while the phone was in sleep, on airplane mode, and running (not sleeping). All of these experiments worked perfectly! So, I was happily anticipating a successful alarm in the morning.... NOPE! All it did in the morning was vibrate once, then i hit sleep and turned on all sound, it rang with some sound that wasnt chosed, then one final try, I reset the alarm for a few mins later. Again, some other tone except the songs I had chosen. I never leave feedback for apps, but this one has been so frustrating. If they could ever fix this problem I would give it 5 stars. I will come back in future and update my review if they fix this. If not well, dont waste your money if you are looking for an ipod alarm.

Finally an alarm clock that does everything I need it too. Great features. The RSS feed feature is very cool. I love how it takes you too the internet article. Also I love the ambient sounds features as well. Cant wait to see future updates. Fantastic!!!

THIS IS A REALLY NICE AND FUNCTIONAL APP. WHAT WOULD MAKE IT PERFECT FOR ME IS THE ABILITY TO MAKE THE CLOCK TAKE UP LESS SCREEN SPACE AND THE CALENDAR ENTRIES TAKE UP MORE. THE WEATHER AND RSS FEEDS ARE FINE.

This alarm app is definitely better than the other alarm clocks apps! Personally I love the lay out of this one as well as all of the useful information! How could you ever want to try something else? Its fantastic! The sounds are awesome. Who doesnt like smooth hip hop or piano in the morning :) 5 stars for sure. Love the iPod music!!!  My mom even likes it and shes old! Excellent work here. A definite sticky. :D

My new alarm choice for sure! If you like awesome designs and iPod music get it!! The weather slider is nicely done. Fantastic app to say the least.

This app is so much better than when it first came out. Im glad the world clocks have a larger variety (instead of just Paris and Adelaide) and that the weather widget is functional! This is one of the top alarm clocks because it it includes weather, news, reliable alarms and the use of ones own iPod library. I love it!!!

Really want this app to work and was glad to see an upgrade but now it is stuck on flashlight. Forgot to add: flashlight shake is suppose to be disabled so it should never has gone into that function to begin with. This app has yet to work right in all the time Ive had it. Sorry dont believe all the favorable reviews. This app has had major flaws from the git go & it appears they are yet to be fixed.

Ive used this app for a long time; I love how customizable it is, and it looks great, too. My main complaint has always been that the alarms wouldnt always actually turn on when you set them. However, this last update has solved that. Fantastic app, I would never use another alarm! Thank you!

Another .99 into the recycle bin. I bought Alarm Rebel as it stated it would play iPod music on my iPad as an alarm clock. It does, but only if the iPad is left on overnight. This isnt mentioned in the feature, as usual. AFTER I bought the nice app, I was advised - iPOD music wont work if `pad is in sleep mode - So here... MUSIC WILL NOT PLAY UNLESS YOU LEAVE YOUR IPAD ON and I mean ON... ALL NIGHT Sure its .99 cents... Took a lot of work to develop Im sure - it looks very nice. APPLE SHOULD HAVE INCLUDED a basic alarm (which plays iPod music) in the OS This app has the extra feats I would never use, world clock, weather and yes RSS... its an ALARM CLOCK but doesnt play music unless -fully -powered -on So I rate this good, fine, ok, wont use it, wont ask for a .99 refund but ... If this is an APPLE shortcoming... I guess I expected that. Issues, all the time. The folks who rated this "megastars" must be American Idol viewers, I mean TEN people rated this FIVE STARS

Plenty of options. UI a bit awkward. RSS feed interesting idea. Screen a bit cluttered so when RSS feed or Calendar function disabled would be good to be able to move time function lower on screen. Interesting bug: when done setting alarm sometimes 1/3 of screen is cut off until you move into landscape mode. Would be better to have option to sample alarm sounds so you did not have to keep setting an alarm to hear the different sounds. ("calm alarm" is NOT calm!) Sleep sounds such as waves is a nice feature. White numbers on black background looks good. As with other clocks it would be much much better to change brightness with a finger swipe rather than having to activate a slider bar. ALSO: The screen should indicate when the next alarm is set to go off.

Neat idea, but like others said must be CONSTANTLY on. Even on the dimmest setting it still hurts my eyes. The alarm clock never went off (even though the "on" button was ON). Luckily I had a backup.. Dont waste your money, just be happy with your iPhone alarm clock...cause its better by far.

Alarms do not go off, tried restarting and reinstalling and it still doesnt work. I left it running even though it says you dont have to. This is the 4th morning I didnt have an alarm. Dont bother emailing, no one is there to respond-probably on vacation so they dont need an alarm clock. Dont waste your money!
